Books for Good Return Policy

You're eligible for a refund within 30 days if you're dissatisfied with your purchase due to a bookseller error or because your book did not arrive.

Incorrect Book, Not as Described, or Damaged

We will issue a full refund for the purchase price and original shipping when the error is ours. Please contact us and return the book within 30 days in the same condition in which it was received. For an item that is not as described, return shipping is handled at our discretion.

Book Did Not Arrive

If your order does not arrive, we will refund it through 30 days past the estimated delivery date. Tracking information may affect eligibility, and an order request automatically completes seven days after delivery.

Buyer Does Not Want the Item

Booksellers may reject a return for this reason. If we accept it, please contact us within two days; the item price may be refunded, excluding shipping.

Partial Refunds

We may negotiate a partial refund when appropriate. We are not obligated to offer one. If a return is required, return shipping is equal to the original shipping charge. Refunds are issued after receipt of the returned item.
